For any after-hours water or roof leak emergencies, please dial the Monterey HOA office at 702-735-3143, and you will be immediately directed to Monterey's answering service. This service is available to all Monterey Residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For life threatening emergencies, please contact 911 for police, fire, or medical situations. Contact 311 to report any type of crime where there is no immediate threat to life or property. Non-emergency police response include: disturbance calls involving loud parties, loud music, a break-in, or vandalism that is discovered after it has occurred.
The Security Contact for Las Vegas County Club is also available to support Monterey community residents. The Security Contact can be reached 24/7/365 at (702) 376-9742 (if busy call (702) 378-3023) and can help direct residents on when to call the police, and what support security can give in various situations. Security will report to suspicious activity or individuals, and to noise concerns observable from common streets.
The Neighborhood Justice Center was established as a forum for the impartial mediation of minor disputes including, but not limited to disputes between landlord and tenant, neighbors, family members, local businesses and their customers, hospitals, and their patients, and governmental agencies and their clients.
