MONTEREY is the largest sub-association consisting of 16-acres within the Las Vegas International Country Club Estates.  The main entrance to the Las Vegas International Country Club Estates is located at the Maryland Parkway guard gate at Vegas Valley Drive.  Once gate access has been granted, continue on Vegas Valley Drive until Oakmont Avenue is reached.  A left turn on Oakmont Avenue is the entrance into the Monterey community.  The streets that comprise the Monterey community are Oakmont Avenue, Loveland Drive, and Geary Place.

 

The Monterey Homeowner Association consists of 548 units, and is surrounded by the Las Vegas Country Club golf course, offering the privacy and prestige of country club living.  Monterey is five minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, minutes to the McCarran International Airport, and offers the following features and amenities:
